This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Debt to Dynasty, a mobile game published by Amass District (“Amass District”, “we”, “us” or “our”), how that information is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Debt to Dynasty mobile application on Android and to any other Amass District game that links to this page.

2. Information we collect
Personal information
We do not ask for, collect or store personal identifiers such as your real name, email address, phone number or physical address. You do not need to create an account to play.
Game data stored on your device
Your game progress, settings and the timestamps the game needs to calculate offline earnings are saved locally on your device using the app’s private storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Google Play Games sign-in and cloud save (optional)
You can choose to sign in with Google Play Games to back up your progress. When you do, Google shares your Play Games player name with the game so we can show who is signed in, and your saved progress is stored in your Google account through Google Play Games Saved Games. This backup is held by Google, not on our servers. Using Google Play Games is optional; the game works without it.
Device and usage data collected by third parties
The game shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google automatically collects technical information from your device, which can include:
- device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID and app set ID;
- IP address, and approximate location derived from it;
- device model, operating system version, language and app version;
- ad interactions (for example, which ads were shown or watched) and diagnostic data.
Time check
To keep offline earnings fair, the game asks a Google server for the current time. This is a standard internet request that reveals your IP address to Google, as any connection does. No game data or identifiers are sent with it.
Purchases
The game offers optional in-app purchases, processed entirely by Google Play. When you buy something, Google handles the payment and tells the game which product you bought and an order ID. We use that only to add the purchase to your game, to make sure each order is applied once, and to restore lifetime unlocks when you use Restore purchases. The order ID is saved with your game progress on your device (and in your cloud save if you use one). We never receive or store your payment card details, name or billing address.
Analytics
We do not currently use a separate analytics service (such as Firebase Analytics). If we add one, we will update this policy first.
3. Third-party services
The game uses the services below. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy:

4. How the information is used
- To save and restore your game progress on your device, and in the cloud if you choose to sign in.
- To calculate offline earnings and deliver in-game rewards, including rewards for watching an ad.
- To show ads that keep the game free, and to measure and limit them.
- To keep the game fair, detect fraud and abuse, and fix bugs and performance problems across devices.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Sharing
We do not share data with anyone except as described above: device and usage data is collected directly by Google through the services listed in section 3. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our players or the public.
6. Advertising choices
- Opt out of personalized ads: on most Android devices, open Settings › Google › Ads (on some devices, Settings › Privacy › Ads) and choose Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization. You will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
- Reset your advertising ID at any time from the same screen.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent through a Google-certified consent message before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Ad privacy choices inside the game.
7. Data retention and deletion
- Game data on your device is kept until you delete it. You can erase it with Settings › Reset game inside the game, by clearing the app’s storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the game.
- Cloud save is kept in your Google account until you delete it with Settings › Delete cloud data inside the game, or from your Google Play Games settings.
- Advertising data collected by Google is kept according to Google’s retention policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID as described above.
- Because we do not store your data on our own servers, there is usually nothing for us to delete. If you need help, email Contact@amassdistrict.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Game data on your device is kept in the app’s private storage, which other apps cannot read. Data sent by the Google services above travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we choose services that follow industry-standard safeguards.
9. Children’s privacy
Debt to Dynasty is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher minimum age that applies where you live). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us at Contact@amassdistrict.com and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Most data described here is held by Google, and you can manage it through your Google account and device settings. For anything else, email us and we will help.
11. International transfers
Google may process the data described here in countries other than your own, including the United States, using the safeguards described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add features or services. We will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will also let you know in the game or on our website.
